Fletcher Hunt, 19, has extended his contract until the end of 2027. After debuting in Round 11, he’s averaged 119 run metres per game. He’ll move to a development deal for 2025–26 and join the Top 30 squad in 2027.

 

Head of recruitment Peter O’Sullivan praised Hunt’s rapid rise and strong work ethic.

Jojo Fifita, 22, has re-signed through 2027. Since debuting in 2022, he’s played 49 games and scored 22 tries.

 

Kurtis Morrin, 25, joins from the Bulldogs on a two-year contract.

 

Jaylan De Groot, 22, has committed to the club until the end of 2027.

 

Keano Kini, reigning Paul Broughton Medallist and starting fullback, has extended his deal until 2030.

 

 

St George Illawarra Dragons

 

Jacob Liddle, 28, extends his stay until 2028. He’s featured in 56 of 60 games since joining in 2023.

 

Lyhkan King-Togia, 19, re-signs until the end of 2027. Coach Shane Flanagan sees strong potential in the young half.

Taylan May signs a train-and-trial deal for the rest of 2025 following cleared legal issues.

 

Tony Sukkar, 21, re-signs through 2026 after making four appearances.

 

Kai Pearce-Paul, English edge forward, signs through 2028. Coach Benji Marshall highlighted his mobility and leadership.

William Latu and Jezaiah Funa-luta, two young forwards, promoted to the Top 30 by 2027.

 

Josh Addo-Carr has had his contract extended through 2026 after impressing with leadership and energy.

Lachlan Galvin, 19, joins immediately from Wests Tigers. He’s played 31 games and contributed 24 try assists.

 

 

North Queensland Cowboys

 

Zac Laybutt and Viliami Vailea sign two-year extensions through 2027.

 

Laybutt returned recently from an ACL injury.

 

Vailea is in his fifth NRL season at just 22.

 

 

 

Melbourne Storm

 

Josiah Pahulu, 21, joins on a two-year deal after leaving the Titans. He’s seen as a key middle forward prospect.

 

 

South Sydney Rabbitohs

 

Bronson Garlick, 29, will join in 2026 on a two-year deal. The versatile forward is a local junior and son of former Rabbitoh Sean Garlick.

 

Moala Graham-Taufa, 23, signs for 2026 from the Warriors. He won NSW Cup Player of the Year in 2024.

 

 

Canberra Raiders

 

Noah Martin, 20, re-signs until 2028. The local junior made his debut last week and aims to establish himself further.

 

 

Cronulla Sharks

 

Niwhai Puru, 23, and Chris Vea’ila, 22, extend contracts through 2026. Both contributed to Newtown’s NSW Cup win.

 

 

New Zealand Warriors

 

Leka Halasima, 19, and Jacob Laban, 21, extend their contracts to 2029.

 

Morgan Gannon, 21, signs from England’s Leeds Rhinos through 2028.

 

Gannon is the son of a former Balmain Tiger and brother of Super League player Jacob Gannon.

 

GM Andrew McFadden sees Gannon as a major addition to their development focus.
